Bronson Herrmuth
President of Iowa HomeGrown Music, BMI - Al Jolson Black & White Music, BMI - Jolie House Music, ASCAP.
Performing professionally since age 7, he has toured 44 states and 18 countries as an artist and as a side man to other touring Artists. From 1981-1985 he was signed with RCA Records, Mexico as leader of Iowa band The Ozone Ramblers. Starting out in the music business as a Songwriter, Multi-instrumentalist, and Band leader, he now specializes in Artist/Songwriter Development working as a Publisher and Producer.

Johnny Drake
Co-founder of Iowa HomeGrown Music. Long time music city Veteran, he has worked with many great Artists and Songwriters in his 40 year Industry career. He has worked in many sides of the Industry, including Production, Studio design, Publishing, Song Plugger, Engineer, Artist Development and Management.

Dave Butler
President of Dave Butler Music, BMI
Video production and photography are part of his many talents. He worked for years out of Chicago, Illinois, and is now based in Denver, Colorado. His association with Iowa HomeGrown Music began when his Video company produced The Ozone Ramblers first Video "Ol' New Orleans" in 1982.

Chino A specialist in Web Creation and design, a master sound engineer. Based in the Twin Cities, Chino was a vital force behind The Ozone Ramblers and toured with the group from 1980-1983, as their road manager, sound & light engineer, and head of security. Now head of his own companies, he is in charge of all electronic media for all of our companies and still runs sound for The Ozone Ramblers.

David Judy
A veteran of the US Air Force, Dave is a Producer, Engineer, Musician, Singer, and an excellent artisan. He comes from the mountains of West Virginia and he's been associated with Iowa HomeGrown and Stepping Stone Productions for more than 20 years.
